I'm Aaron. I build and run logistics operations in Asia.

I started Aersure in Singapore in 2018, an asset-light cross-border logistics company. Shipper.id acquired it. It now runs as Shipper Cross Border.

After that I was Head of Special Projects, Cross-border at Ninja Van. I led solution design and operations across six Southeast Asian markets, and I left in May 2026.

I still advise brands through Optivis. The writing here is not a service menu. It is what I learned on the floor, usually the thing people try to skip: you cannot buy your way out of a process you have not defined.
