A year that was destined to be focused on recovery from the pandemic that we were in for what seems to be eternity, turned out to be a hell of a ride with a recession and energy crisis looming over our heads. Hasn’t it been interesting?
I’m writing this entry less to share about what has happened, but rather I’m going to use this as a personal motivator and promise. I’ve had this site and have been writing articles, albeit not consistently, since July 2016. That is a full 6 years ago. In that time, I’ve written things that were mostly my own opinion and some perspective that I had in life.
Somewhere along the lines, it became a lot more about concepts of being a startup and what it means to lead and to be a founder, then it became a lot about logistics.
I would say that it is very me in a sense, but spread across the 6 years very sparsely.
A little bit of thought and effort goes into writing pieces like this piece or this one. And I think with the current workload and what I’m trying to do at my role in Ninja Van, thoughts and pieces like these are slightly harder to write.
So, with this article, it’s a commitment. A commitment to 1 entry a week, for 52 weeks in 2023. What I want to turn this blog into is a journal. A journal of my life, the happenings and treating this as a reflection of the things I do that I can share to the world. It wouldn’t be anything flashy and maybe you’ll find a longer piece here and there, but I want to try to make it easy for me to share what I experience and know with you.
I hope you enjoy the content that I share and hope that you’ll continue reading in the year ahead.
